Rated 1 out of 5�by Bethorama Do Not Buy This Laptop The key board is difficult to type on as it just has pads for the keys and not true typing keys. It had issues where it wouldn't boot after on a couple months that was due to the hard drive being "unseated" or something and then now after only 8 months it won't boot due to a Windows upgrade. Known issue. Says to use a Windows USB to get it to reboot and it doesn't work. Having to go back to Dell to try to get it work again. February 8, 2016

Rated 3 out of 5�by Coco Internet connection problem I purchased this item for my work and it's easy to carry on because of its light weight. Problem is when I try to work at home and the internet connection is off by itself once I take a break and when I try to reconnect the internet, it doesn't work. I have to restart and wait the internet to be reconnected and waste so much time. I didn't have this type of issue with any of my other computers but only this one so I really don't understand why it happens and couldn't fix the issue until now. However, it works really well at my work and the internet stays on without any issues. Am I the only one who experience this issue ? December 30, 2015

I was looking for a notebook upgrade that was smaller than 13", has a backlit keyboard, touchscreen, ample ports, win8, plenty of processing/multi-tasking power & speed, and AFFORDABLE! This little power house gives me everything without the compromises other models left me with! The keyboard will definitely take some getting used to, but I understood that out of the gate. It is definitely a take anywhere, do everything, crazy fast little dynamo! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! April 26, 2015
